Bjorg, Bonneterre & Compagnie joined Wessanen 17 years ago. Wessanen is a Dutch company founded in 1765 which went public in 1959 and became a listed company on the Amsterdam stock exchange.

Its main shareholder is a private investor: Charles Erik Jobson, who owns about 8%*of the shares, and his private equity fund, Delta Partners LP LLC (Limited Liability Company), which is located in Boston and owns about 18% of the shares. Only shareholders holding 3% or more of Wessanen’s shares are required to report their shareholding to the Dutch financial authorities.
